I chose euthanasia as a topic of essay1.
My thesis statement is that the treatment of euthanasia should be permitted to be administered because of limits in the physical and mental endurance of pain of a terminally ill patient, a patient's dignity, and the right to make the decision to die.
I chose this topic because euthanasia is not legalized in Japan but I don't think it is good. So I want to state why euthanasia should be administered. Also, there are many sources, so it is very good for writing.

Your thesis will do fine. It's clear, arguable, and well supported with three clear reasons. I would rewrite it like this:
The treatment of euthanasia should be permitted to be administered because of limits in the physical endurance of pain of a terminally ill patient, a patient's dignity, and the right to make the decision to die.
Please use this rewritten version of your thesis if you want to.
